Solution 1: Run QuickBooks Install Diagnostic tool
- Start by running Tool Hub, and follow up to the Installation Issues tab.
- From there, make a move to the QuickBooks Install Diagnostic Tool tab.
- Allow the tool to scan. Once done, run QuickBooks and check if the splash screen issue got fixed.
Solution 2: Configure FISP Settings (for Window 10 Pro or Higher)
- In the beginning, press the Win + R keys to open the Run box, and then type GPEDIT.MSC.
- Upon pressing the Enter key, the Local Computer Policy window will appear.
- Herein, opt for Computer Configuration and follow up by clicking on Windows Settings.
- Next, click on the Security Settings, Local Policies and finally, proceed to the Security Options.
- Herein, opt for System Cryptography FIPS and disable the same. Just in case if it is enabled, the user should turn it off.
