Divers and a chopper searched the h2o near the Santa Monica Pier Sunday nighttime for a pistillate reported clinging to pilings.
A passerby informed lifeguards astir 8:45 p.m. astir a pistillate successful the water, Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Michael Pittman told City News Service.
As of astir 10:30 p.m., six divers from the Los Angeles County Lifeguards and Harbor Patrol and a chopper searching from the aerial were unable to find her, Pittman said.
Discussions were underway astir whether to standard backmost the search, helium said.
